This policy covers the public Atlas Trade Lab business website and explains how information submitted here is handled.

Information we collect

The contact form collects your name, email address, topic, message and submission time. A reference number is assigned so your inquiry can be identified. Do not submit financial account credentials or sensitive identification documents.

How information is used

Contact details are used to respond to your inquiry, administer pilot-access requests, investigate billing concerns, and handle privacy requests. Submitting a message does not subscribe you to promotional emails. We do not sell contact-form information.

Hosting and security

The website and its inquiry database are hosted through ChatGPT Sites and its infrastructure providers. Hosting services may process technical request information, including IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and secure the service. The contact endpoint stores a hashed, time-bucketed network identifier for abuse prevention; it does not store your raw IP address in the inquiry record. Inquiry access is restricted to the business operator through sign-in.

Cookies, analytics and external services

This public site does not add advertising pixels or marketing analytics. The interactive walkthrough does not save a trading profile. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives the network request needed to deliver them. Operator sign-in uses ChatGPT’s authentication services and their session mechanisms. External links are governed by the destination’s policies.

Retention and your requests

Inquiry records are retained as needed to respond, maintain relevant business records, resolve disputes, or comply with applicable requirements. You may request access, correction or deletion through the contact form. Include your original reference if available. We may need to verify that you control the relevant reply email before disclosing or deleting records.

Payments and the private pilot

This public website does not collect card details, subscription payments, investment deposits, or betting stakes. The private pilot is a separate, sign-in-protected application; its account records are not published here. Additional payment or broker-related data practices will be explained before any such feature is offered.

Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Questions can be submitted through Atlas customer support.
